I love vanilla. The taste, the smell. Divine.
While I was in Dubai, I picked up these vanilla pods at the spice souk. I'm not sure as yet what I should do with them. Anything resembling custard or ice cream is out. Preferably something not too bad for the waistline either!
I'd love to hear your ideas...
I would save one to put in a bottle with vodka to make real vanilla essense!
